We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager - Corporate & Digital Marketing Communications to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy across our client company and its subsidiaries. In this pivotal role, you will shape and enhance the company brand's presence both locally and globally, ensuring consistency and alignment of their corporate messaging across a diverse portfolio of industries and geographies. As the key driver of corporate communications, you will work closely with the senior business leaders to craft and deliver cohesive integrated marketing strategies that strengthen their corporate reputation and advance strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implementing dynamic and integrated communications strategies.
- Creating, managing and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Managing social media platforms and campaigns to ensure maximum engagement.
- Planning and managing SEO campaigns.
- Lead unified Corporate marketing strategy for company and its subsidiaries.
- Support leadership in crafting consistent strategic communications.
- Oversee corporate events that reflect the company's mission and objectives.
- Provide insights on corporate marketing impact and suggest improvements.
- Coordinating media interviews with corporate and senior management, liaising with the media to gain positive publicity in line with the brand PR strategy in unison with the PR agency and handling of press conference / media related events etc.
- Conceptualizing content development for ATL / BTL / Digital brand marketing.
- Conducting brand related brand research activities from time to time.
- Accountable for marketing expenses and the effective utilization of the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, corporate branding and communications fields.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications from a reputed University or fully qualifications in CIM and MBA would be an added advantage.
- Google, Meta & LinkedIn certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage corporate marketing across diverse business units. Expertise in internal communication, corporate branding and thought leadership.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management at a group level.
