We are looking out for a dynamic individual to join our client company as an Executive - Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the Talent Acquisition process by publishing adverts, shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process of new hires while arranging necessary onboarding materials and induction programmes.
- Maintain and update all employee personal files ensuring all records are accurate, up to date and securely stored.
- Coordinating offboarding process of the departing employees by following up relevant formalities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRM in a similar capacity at a reputed organization.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or any other equivalent professional qualification.
- Hands on experience in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
