Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Generate sales leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients and presenting company’s products and services.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers to ensure continues revenue generation from existing customers.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Add manage executives, achieve, monthly quarterly and yearly budget.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Business related degree, CIM, SLIM equivalent or part qualification.
- Minimum 03 to 05 years professional experience in services or technology related industries.
- Good understanding in B2B and government sector sales cycles.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Sinhala.
- Good interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with C level executives & key stakeholders.
- Candidates with experience in handling enterprise customers with a solution selling mindset.
