Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Timely renewal of AMC’s (Annual Maintenance Contracts), lease agreements and other vendor contracts, in coordination with the Finance team.
- Overlook and coordinate the security staff of all the locations and ensure the proper safety measures in Head Office e.g. CCTV & Fire Safety.
- Carry out scrap clearance process under Finance/WH/Service team inspection.
- Identify due repairs and maintenance needs and coordinate to completion.
- Manage the insurance of vehicles, fire, and portable assets.
- Track sending & receiving of documents.
- Identify and suggest improvements in policies and procedures as per the best practices.
- Assist in organizing of different events hosted by the Company including employee engagement activities and trainings.
- Support all the other departments whenever it requires.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or related qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and presentable worker.
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications.
