Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Data Center Modernization to lead strategic growth initiatives and build strong relationships with enterprise clients undergoing IT infrastructure transformation. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client-specific modernization strategies, and driving revenue in the rapidly evolving data center space.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and evaluate the customer needs.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long term strategic directions and act as a trusted adviser.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data center modernization services including cloud migration, hybrid IT, infrastructure upgrades, and software-defined technologies.
- Determine and formulate quarterly sales acquisitions plans by implementing sales strategies.
- Provide periodic insights on sales performance.
- Lead or support responses to RFPs, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
- Set alliance with Technical and sales teams to boost sales and be the change catalyst in the enterprise domain.
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Technology.
- A full/ part qualification in CIM and /or SLIM.
- Have good analytical skills with hands on experience in Excel and analytical tools.
- Can effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Have proven sales track records with market knowledge.
- Have the capability of communicating with excellent negotiation skills.
