Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Workplace & Mail to drive the growth and adoption of Zoho solutions among enterprise clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging clients to understand their requirements, and positioning Workplace and E-mail solutions as the ideal solution for their workplace requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, expertise in selling E-mail/ E-mail security/ Workplace solutions such as Zoho, MicrosoftO365 and Google workplace. The Candidate should have the ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize the revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Zoho Workplace and E-mail solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Identify and onboard suitable partners to expand market reach & manage and nurture partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Enable partners by providing training, resources, and ongoing support through technical teams.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their business challenges and recommend appropriate Zoho applications.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Zoho’s capabilities along with Pre-Sales/technical teams.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive customer/partner acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, events and promotional activities.
- Oversee and manage the renewal pipeline of existing customers to ensure continued partnerships and revenue retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or cloud solutions industry.
- Proven track record of selling E-mail, Digital Workspace, E-mail Security solutions or similar enterprise applications.
- Min 2 years of experience in selling Zoho/Microsoft 0365/ Google Workplace or other e-mail or workplace solutions.
