Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities to meet monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
- Explore potential new business opportunities with regular field visits.
- Build and maintain professional and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present sales revenue, GP, customer pipeline and growth plans on a periodic basis to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
Requirements:
- CIM or SLIM pass finalist is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in logisitics or transport industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both Sinhala and English is mandatory.
- Should possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
