Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Achieving yearly set Business Targets (Sales and Order Booking).
- Project tracking with consultants and contractors.
- Budgetary offer and firm offer submission to customers / end users.
- Co-ordination with BD and OM Teams for smooth and timely orders execution.
- Technical and Commercial discussions with customers.
- Weekly and Monthly Reviews with Business Development Team in Head Office.
- Business Development activity - organising technical seminars, product approvals, brochures, etc.
- Attending and Resolving customer complaints.
- Increasing spares & retrofit business.
- Developing business with untapped / new customers and product segments.
- Liaison and develop business relations with major Consultants, Contractors, Builders & Project Authorities (both, Government and Private).
