Join an international IT service team as a company helpdesk, working with global colleagues to resolve technical issues both independently and collaboratively, and support projects across multiple time zones.
Your responsibilities will include providing support for colleagues in Australia, the USA, and Europe.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Windows 10/11: A walkthrough of all relevant system settings for troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem apps.
- Linux fundamentals is a plus.
- Basic network knowledge (DHCP, DNS) - settings modifications.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Reading and writing documentation / SOP.
- Basic technical knowledge (hardware & software).
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail in assigned tasks.
- Preference for structured work and focus on details.
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies.
- Experience in working as IT Helpdesk with remote assistance will be helpful.
