Job Description
We are looking out for a Company Secretarial Assistant on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of ROC documents, including annual returns.
- Manage documentation for clients, banks, and government institutions.
- Liaise with government departments (ROC) and regulatory bodies as required.
- Communicate and assist clients as and when required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is required.
- Good knowledge of company law and company secretarial
- practices, including attending meetings and working with the eROC system.
