Job Description
We are hiring a Panorama Support Technician on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, ensuring accurate and timely BI dashboards.
- Manage user access, including account creation, permission updates, and ownership/store grouping.
- Create and customize reports and dashboards based on user and business requirements.
- Support store onboarding and commissioning activities, including new brand or store setup and report enablement.
Requirements:
- Experience working with BI tools and data reporting environments.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
