Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our paid advertising strategy, optimize performance across multiple platforms, and use data-driven insights to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will also have advanced skills in Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience running successful ad campaigns on Google Search, Reddit, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), including setting up custom reports, analyzing user behavior, and implementing tracking.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
- Must have a data-driven mindset to interpret complex metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA, etc.).
- Ability to identify trends and make strategic decisions based on performance data.
- Strong skills in reporting insights and presenting actionable recommendations.
Creativity & Collaboration:
- Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals (experience working with designers is a bonus).
- Innovates in campaign strategy while maintaining alignment with business goals.
- A collaborative attitude to work effectively with content, design, and sales teams.
Adaptability & Curiosity:
- Stays up-to-date with changes in advertising platforms and industry trends.
- Willing to experiment with new platforms, tools, and methods.
- Comfortable adjusting strategies based on campaign performance or shifting priorities.
Organization Skills:
- Manages multiple campaigns simultaneously across platforms.
- Meets deadlines and stays organized under pressure.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, especially when setting up campaigns or tracking.
Communication Skills:
- Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Clearly explains data insights, campaign performance, and optimization strategies.
- Writes persuasive ad copy tailored to the target audience.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in paid advertising and Google Analytics.
- A strong portfolio of past campaigns showcasing measurable results.
- Any certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related tools are highly desirable.
