Admin Specialist

Job Description

We are looking out for a dynamic individual to join our client company as an Admin Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge for the Staff House Management.
  • Assist in move-in/move-out of tenants.
  • In charge of utility bills/official receipt collection, and payment (Water, Electricity and Internet).
  • Bills/OR collection and payment via field so must be willing to walk from office to building and vice versa.
  • In charge of assisting and resolving problems, attending to inquiries and other related concerns.
  • Can do multitasking and can work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and can easily adjust to work environment.
  • Knowledge in basic computer proficiency, MS Word, Excel and shared drive.
  • Can organize schedule appointment.
  • Provides administrative support, and assistance and ensure smooth workflow in the office.
  • Develop and maintain the filling of documents.
  • Knowledge in writing emails and answering phone calls.
  • Relevant skills, experience and passion in the industry is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Fluent in English Communication.
  • Willing for holiday shifts or weekend schedules if needed.
