Job Description

We are looking out for a dynamic individual to join our client company as an IT Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, IDS, QoS, VPN).
• Maintain and support both private and public cloud environments.
• Monitor performance and ensure system and network availability and reliability.
• Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.
• Provide end-user desktop support, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, L2TP, PPTP, SSL, HSRP, BGP, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
• Practical experience with Windows services (AD, DNS, DHCP, NFS, CERT, NPS).
• Virtualization experience on VMware or Xen Desktop.
• Experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware/software and assisting end-users.
• Familiarity with desktop environments such as Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers, and remote support tools.
• Good communication and project planning skills.
• Preferably 1–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Administration or equivalent.
• Available to start immediately.
