We are looking out for a dynamic individual to join our client company as an Assistant - Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Create quotations.
- Create invoices.
- Manage GRN process at factories.
- Conduct general follow-ups on tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales support, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to support sales team with administrative tasks, sales reports, and data entry.
- Diploma/ Certifications in Sales/ Customer engagement or related fields.
- ALs (Maths or commerce stream preferred).
- English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
