Are you a results-driven marketing leader with a passion for brand impact, operational excellence, and creative innovation? Our client company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Marketing Operations team and elevate the way they deliver media, sponsorships, and brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic and operational execution of Traditional Media, Marketing Operations, and Creative Agency functions.
- Manage high-impact media planning and execution across TV, Radio, Press, and OOH platforms in partnership with leading agencies.
- Drive over 400 brand and sponsorship events annually, ensuring flawless delivery, compliance, and ROI optimization.
- Oversee the creation and rollout of 160+ creative projects monthly, ensuring speed-to-market and brand consistency.
- Manage multimillion-rupee marketing budgets, sponsorship portfolios, and procurement processes with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CXOs and key external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and growth.
- Foster a high-performing, agile team culture with a focus on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing/Management preferred.
- CIM/SLIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification is a plus.
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing operations leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing traditional media, creative agencies, event execution, and stakeholder relationships.
