Our client is a trusted provider of comprehensive security services and cutting-edge security solutions. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join their leadership team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the security company to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate carder management including recruitment, deployment, training, and performance monitoring of security personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote and drive adoption of the company’s security solutions and systems to existing and potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the private sector security service provider company.
• Strong background in carder management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in promoting and selling security systems/solutions will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
