As a Contract Management Specialist, you would be managing company and project contracts for our client company. This will be an interesting role for you if you would like to expand into new horizons in contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Contract / PO registration and amendment. Involving in receiving and reviewing company / project contracts according to the contract management regulations.
• Monitoring set SLA standards and organizing timely contract reviews.
• Following up to get approval from all the relevant stakeholders.
• Managing Contract Archive as per organization set standards, dealing with Headquarter and Singapore Contract Specialist to archive documents.
• Coordinating with reviewers to get the reviews completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with Contract & Commercial Manager to identify risks and initiate online decision making.
• Following up the decision tasks from Management and updating on weekly basis.

Requirements:

• If you possess a professional background with a Bachelor's Degree or any other equivalent qualification. Knowledge related to legal domain / contract management will be an added advantage.
• If you have good communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
• If you have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
