Job Description

We are hiring a Service Engineer - Digital Power, on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing solutions to equipment operation and maintenance problems raised by customers UPS, Datacenter, Inverter, Battery Storage System etc.
• Perform site survey when important customers encounter PV plant running problems.
• Manage the spare parts of digital energy products and replenish the inventory in a timely manner.
• Continuously learn the commissioning and maintenance of new products.
• Take charge of the internal project deliverability review process.
• Master how to search for information on the company's platform after learning.

Requirements:

• If you possess a professional background with a Master's / Bachelor's Degree in the related field. Educational qualification in Electrical & Electronics would be preferred.
• If you have 5 years of hands-on experience with Digital Power/ Solar technologies and have a natural passion in the subject.
• Having a thorough understanding of products and solutions, as well as processes and methodologies.
• Being a motivated individual who would achieve shared goals and results by sincerely providing a helping hand to others.
• Being a service-oriented team player who has the ability to create a work environment which sparks creative thinking to drive sales growth.
