We are hiring a Regulatory Compliance Consultant, to support our regulatory compliance team in the UAE and work closely with the UAE team.

Responsibilities:

• To draft/review policies, procedures, templates, process flows- charts/diagrams regulatory interpretation, compliance monitoring, reporting, documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, and/or Risk Management.
• Professional qualifications in compliance or AML/CFT (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks involving corporate governance, AML/CFT compliance, Reporting requirements under financial and corporate laws, Risk management frameworks, Securities/financial sector regulations.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations ( DIFC, ADGM, Central Bank or CMA) will be added advantage.
• 5–7 years’ experience in: Regulatory compliance roles, compliance monitoring and reporting, risk assessments and internal reviews, liaising with regulatory bodies.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, financial services, or professional services environment handling cross border compliance functions.
