Job Description
We are hiring an Admin Specialist on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Be In charge for the Staff House Management.
- Assist in move-in/move-out of tenants.
- In charge of utility bills/official receipt collection, and payment (Water, Electricity and Internet).
- Bills/OR collection and payment via field, so must be willing to walk from office to building and vice versa.
- In charge of assisting and resolving problems, attending to inquiries and other related concerns.
- Must be able to do multitasking and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and must easily adjust to work environment.
- Knowledge in basic computer proficiency, MS Word, Excel and shared drive.
- Organize & schedule appointments.
- Provides administrative support, and assistance and ensure smooth workflow in the office.
- Develop and maintain the filing of documents.
- Knowledge in writing emails and answering phone calls.
- Relevant skills, experience and passion in the industry is a plus.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- With at least 2 years of working experience.
- Fluent in English Communication.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and know how to drive.
