Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive (Showroom) on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their showroom visit.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to ensure stock availability.

- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, CRM tools).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: High School / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (freshers may apply).
- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is an added advantage.
KPIS:
- Monthly sales targets achieved.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Conversion rate of walk-in customers.
- Repeat customer and referral sales.
