Job Description

We are hiring a Wireless Maintenance Engineer, on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment to minimize network downtime.
• Execute firmware updates and hardware upgrades for network elements (NEs), controllers, and routers.
• Monitor network alarms, network KPI and network health using tools
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support to resolve complex wireless network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance schedules of assigned network zones.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configuration changes, and maintenance logs.
• Manage trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Adhere to organizational change management processes during all network upgrades and configurations.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly in English to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and maintenance logs in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications.
• In-depth understanding of cellular protocols (LTE, 5G) and wireless standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
• Hands-on experience with company brand or wireless platforms.
• Basic scripting (Python/Bash) for automation.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wireless network maintenance or telecommunications engineering.
