We’re looking for a Showroom Executive who leads with confidence, supports their team and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run environment where customers feel comfortable, heard and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory handling and overall upkeep.
- Ensuring visual merchandising reflects company's brand identity, product focus and seasonal campaigns.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking and carry out regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, in store campaigns and brand activations.
- Track sales performance, review trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, training and development to build a capable, confident showroom team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, with leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear customer first approach.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive sales and maintain smooth daily operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
