Job Description
We’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead with purpose, inspire their team and create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Ensure that visual merchandising consistently reflects the brand’s identity and seasonal priorities.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, from greeting visitors to managing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking and conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and availability.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute promotions, in store campaigns and brand events.
- Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead recruitment, training and development initiatives to build a capable and motivated showroom team.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in showroom or retail management, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage teams and maintain operational excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
