Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride inaccurate inventory control, and contributes to smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Ensure all received items meet required quality and quantity standards before acceptance.
- Store materials neatly and systematically in designated storage locations to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and transactions using inventory management systems (including SAP).
- Conduct routine and periodic stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances between physical stock and system records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
- Follow proper storage, handling, and safety procedures to minimize damage, loss, or safety risks.
- Accurately prepare and maintain inventory documentation and reports.
- Support internal audits and inspections by providing up-to-date inventory records.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Diploma in Inventory Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems will be a strong advantage.
- Strong Excel skills and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
