Job Description

We are hiring a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic on behalf of our client company in Maldives.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines of heavy vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance such as engine tuning, oil changes, brake servicing, and filter replacement.
• Repair or replace engine components including fuel systems, cooling systems, and transmission parts.
• Identify mechanical faults and ensure proper repair.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain service records and report major issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy vehicle mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Familiarity with workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Technical or vocational training in diesel mechanics is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance schedules.
