Job Description

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out payment certifications in construction and consultancy contracts.
• Variation assessments in construction and consultancy contracts.
• Drafting contractual correspondences.
• Review of variation and claim submissions by the contractor.
• Drafting and preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Preparation of internal cost reports.
• Provide cost and contractual advice to the internal departments.
• Ensuring the contractual compliance.
• Maintaining records of drawings, documents and workings.
• Liaising with internal departments and external consultants effectively.
• Improve the efficiency of department out put.
• Working under minimum supervision and undertaking responsibility for the work delivered.

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from a Recognized University.
• 2 Years or less of post qualifying experience.
• Foreign experience and experience in infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in writing and verbal (spoken) English.
