Job Description
We are hiring an Administration Executive on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office administration activities.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and purchase requests.
- Assist management with administrative reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain petty cash and administrative expense records.
- Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination when required.
- Responsible for handling the daily affairs of each department, such as ticket purchase, vehicle arrangement, vehicle maintains related matters etc.
- Responsible for reimbursement and payment of office expenses.
- Other matters assigned by the department manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Working language is Chinese and English, proficiency in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.
- Familiar with office administration process and office supplies management process.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, work carefully, integrity with strong written and oral expression skills, confidentiality.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
