We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Promote academic programs effectively and guide potential applicants through the enrollment process.
• Conduct consultations/interviews with applicants and assess suitability for available programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing professional advice and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve marketing campaigns, streamline operations, and achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute creative ideas to enhance company growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Strong track record in hardcore sales and lead conversion.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time commitment on a permanent basis.
