Job Description

We are hiring a Data Protection Advisor on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
• Investigate compliance issues, incidents, and breaches, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities and findings for management and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of compliance-related training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Law or Compliance (master's degree preferred).
• 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (GDPR, SEC regulations).
• Experience in IT industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
