We are hiring a Head of Sales on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and supervise the field sales team to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics sales, including team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations.
