Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Supervise and guide sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
- Participate in pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Conduct sales meetings and provide training to the sales team.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Prior experience in team supervision will be an advantage.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
