Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Manager –Sales and Operation, on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi-year Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with the regulatory and competitive landscape of assigned markets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a robust pipeline using the company’s CRM system, ensuring consistent visibility to executive leadership.
- Lead and drive complex, long-cycle, C-level enterprise sales across key verticals, including Financial Services (BFSI), Government, Telecommunications, and other relevant sectors.
- Establish and strengthen strategic alliances with telecommunications providers, distributors, system integrators (SIs), and technology partners within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of Channel Partners and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to expand market reach and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities (e.g., Zero Trust, Cloud Security, XDR), and adapt regional sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and compliance with regional commercial and legal standards.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts based on business performance, aligning with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Leadership, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to ensure effective GTM execution.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team by setting clear KPIs and fostering a results-driven, ethical sales culture.
