Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (Warehousing & 3PL) on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Winning new business for warehousing & 3PL services.
- Building and managing a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Conducting site visits and presenting logistics solutions.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts and long-term agreements.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
- 3+ years experience in warehousing/3PL sales (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations & workflows.
- Proven B2B sales and contract negotiation experience.
- Performance-oriented with a drive for results.
