Job Description
The Executive/Officer for Inbound Tours will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of travel itineraries for international clients visiting the destination. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all ground arrangements are handled with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Planning: Assist in designing and cost-estimating customized tour packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
- Booking & Reservations: Handle confirmed bookings for hotels, transportation, and local guides, ensuring all vouchers and confirmations are issued on time.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for travelers during their stay, providing real-time support and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all tour-related documents, including invoices, feedback forms, and service provider contracts.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Outbound and Operations teams to ensure overall service consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound tourism operations or a similar travel-related role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local tourist attractions, logistics, and hotel networks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (proficiency in a second foreign language is a significant advantage).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality Management.
