Our client is a leading logistic and freight forwarding company providing end to end solution in import, exports and clearing and forwarding. To support their expanding operations, they are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers across import–export, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, rate negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade lane opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, trade events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM) in Sales, Marketing, or International Business preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales within import–export, freight forwarding, or logistics services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, INCOTERMS, trade lanes, and pricing.
