Our client is a leading multinational organization seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Administration Manager to lead their people, administration, and workplace operations in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end HR and administration functions in compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and global company standards.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high‑engagement culture where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated.
- Manage training and development programs, coordinating internal and external learning initiatives.
- Oversee payroll inputs, EPF, ETF, gratuity, and employee insurance and benefits administration.
- Build and promote a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.
- Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, and company events.
- Coordinate employee‑related IT requirements (onboarding/offboarding, systems access).
- Support company secretarial and statutory compliance activities.
- Partner with management to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a multinational or BOI environment.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, training coordination, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPM qualification or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
