Job Description

We are hiring a Procurement Analyst on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage low-value sourcing activities, specifically for spare parts and other engineering-related items.
• Explore cost-saving opportunities, coordinate new product/vendor development, and drive Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) KPI improvements for indirect materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery dates related to POs in the system and resolve indirect material queries with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage the end-to-end supplier code audit process, from vendor selection to closing findings.
• Initiate and coordinate the scrap tender process through to vendor selection and the issuance of scrap items.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Solid understanding of procurement procedures, good written and spoken English, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills for cost comparisons.
