Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and delivering technically sound solutions to clients within logistics, infrastructure, construction, and port operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and market penetration strategies within the assigned sector.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value business opportunities.
- Provide technical advisory and solution-based selling tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Consistently deliver on revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales within heavy equipment / commercial vehicles / industrial solutions.
- Strong technical competency in: Prime movers and commercial transport systems, Port, harbour, and material handling equipment.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, key account management, and business acquisition.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly results-oriented with a strong drive for performance and growth.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
