Job Description
We are hiring a Quantity Survey Manager on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quantity surveying functions across projects.
- Prepare and oversee cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Ensure effective cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the QS team.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications.
