Job Description
The Account Management Consultant is responsible for managing the overall business in Sri Lanka. Based in Colombo, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute company strategies and assist the distributor’s sales team in achieving targets for company products.
Responsibilities:
- Support company distributors in general marketing and channel support.
- Assist distributors in delivering revenue goals for the financial year.
- Develop capabilities within the distributor’s sales and marketing teams to capture opportunities.
- Lead regular exercises including forecasting, product training, new product launches, and coaching.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) with distributor partners.
- Engage with stakeholders and consumer communities to gather insights and formulate strategies.
- Collaborate with the Logitech marketing team to ensure smooth program execution.
- Ensure all actions and protocols strictly adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT channel sales within the Sri Lankan market.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry and Sri Lankan demographics.
- Experience driving sales through channel ecosystems, government, and enterprise accounts.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multi-country and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and local languages, both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
