Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Manager on behalf of our client company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor debtor collections, creditor payments, and banking operations.
• Ensure proper financial controls, compliance, and accounting procedures are maintained.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Monitor stock-related financial movements and profitability analysis.
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Experience in a trading/distribution business is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/CIMA/ACCA/AAT preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
