Job Description
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and develop relationships with dealers, resellers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and support channel development activities.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or channel sales.
- Experience in IT, electronics, distribution, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
- Valid driving license preferred.
