Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and automation-focused Senior System Engineer to join our NOC & Infrastructure team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and improving on-premises and cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, operational stability, and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux, cloud, virtualization, and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Support backup, storage, redundancy, and disaster recovery operations.
• Develop automation scripts and improve operational efficiency.
• Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and new project implementations.
• Prepare deployment plans and BOMs for new infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain monitoring systems, documentation, and operational standards.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or NOC environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as XCP-ng, VMware, or Citrix Hypervisor.
• Good understanding of storage technologies including SAN, NAS, RAID, and backup/recovery operations.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes and containerized environments using Docker and Helm.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Automation and scripting skills using Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and operational support within large-scale or ISP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technology or computer science.
• Professional certification in cloud technology, Linux systems and administration.
