Job Description
We are hiring an Admin Executive on behalf of our client company.
Responsibilities:
- Front office supervision.
- Housekeeping supervision.
- Overlooking cafeteria and arrange required supplies.
- Timely creating Purchase orders (PR's) and follow up on Purchase orders (PO).
- Admin related payment arrangements and follow ups - Ensure payments are made to suppliers/ service providers on time.
- Company rewards related work (Registration / Cancelations).
- Office Transport arrangements.
- Meal / Lunch Ordering.
- Stationery Management (Ordering and managing stocks).
- Building / office maintenance work coordination.
- Corporate mobile connections handling and payment arrangement follow ups.
- Monthly reports (Fuel Consumption / Stock reports etc).
Requirements:
- Minimum 01 year experience with similar capacity.
- Batchelor of Human Resources or Business Management.
- Fluent in English with Sinhala.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
